We ARE NOT the Home Owners'
Board, but rather serve as an additional resource for the Residents and Owners of Aix La Chapelle Condominiums. The
Residents' "X" Committee is a resource for all Residents, both Owners
and Renters, and looks to resolve Resident issues in a timely and efficient manner.
This website will be a main tool for the Residents' "X" Committee and we will
be updating it continually to meet the needs of the Residents.
We encourage any and all to participate in the Residents' "X" Committee.
(Renters, even though you do not own, you still have a say
on what goes on in your community.) To minimize costs, we ask that you provide an
E-mail address as your primary contact for you. If you do not have an e-mail address, any other contact method is fine.
You can also choose to sign-up for our e-mail notifications of ALC Board meetings and meeting updates. Signing-up
requires no cost and no meetings. You determine how much you would like to be involved.
